At Stella & Grace Boutique, we strive for absolute customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we offer free exchanges, and $5 restock fee for returns. We intend to make the process as convenient as possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In order to return your item, it must be postmarked for return shipment within 90 days of the delivery date. Eligible items along with their original shipping costs less $5 restock deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Items eligible for returns must have tags intact and must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered. When trying on items, please take care to avoid leaving stains from deodorant, perfume, makeup, etc., as stains of any kind will render the item ineligible for a refund.
If your item arrived in damaged condition, it is eligible for a return if the tag is intact and if the item is unworn, unaltered, and free of additional damages for which we are not responsible.
At Stella & Grace Boutique, we also offer free exchanges. To exchange an item, it must be postmarked within 90 days of the delivery date, and it must meet the same criteria described above. If your exchange is approved, you will not be charged for the replacement item or its shipment.
Items that are damaged when washed for the first time according to the provided instructions may also be eligible for a return or an exchange within the 90-day window. Items damaged as a result of deviating from the provided laundry instructions are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds.
Items purchased from Stella & Grace Boutique at a festival, open house, or pop-up event are also eligible for returns and exchanges as outlined previously. However, if you purchased with cash at one of these events and are seeking a refund or exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can find an alternate method of reimbursement.
Intimates are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
We reserve the right to reject returns, refunds, and exchanges at our discretion.
HOW TO RETURN
Return requests can be instigated from www.shopstellagrace.com. If you are seeking an exchange, please email us at email@example.com.
Upon initiating your return request, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you. To return your items, securely package them along with a printed copy of your confirmation of purchase email. (If you paid with cash, you will not have a confirmation email, so simply send your item.) Print your return label and tape it to the package. Ship the package at your local post office or use a shipping service of your choice.
You will get an email when we have received your package and have approved your refund or exchange.
